Hotel Dralha, Bhutan

This project entailed the development of a small boutique hotel in capital city of Bhutan. Unlike a regular hotel, the clients seeked to achieve a progressive and a unique plan for the same.

One of the key design features of the project is the accentuation of the natural lighting, making it feel more palatial. The building resonates with a Modern yet rustic design approach. The scope of work for the said project included designing an exclusive, small-scale restaurant (all-day dining space), a roof top bar, a conference hall, lobby, and 30 rooms.

Further promulgating smarter design, the selection of the materials and the overall design was executed in a manner which minimised the hotel operation & maintenance cost.
